岗位职责 负责项目核心数值框架搭建，覆盖战斗、成长、经济、掉落、局内构筑、局外养成。 独立完成数值建模、配置、调参与验证，保证玩法节奏、成长曲线和资源循环健康。 跟进版本开发与上线调优，结合测试、线上数据和玩家反馈快速定位问题并迭代。 协同玩法、系统、程序、测试推进落地，对数值结果和版本表现负责。 长期关注主流肉鸽和相关竞品，能拆玩法、拆数值、拆成长节奏，并能落到项目里实际优化。

任职要求 3年以上游戏数值策划经验，有肉鸽 / ARPG / 塔防 / 卡牌构筑 / 割草类 项目经验优先。 能独立搭建战斗、成长、经济相关模型，熟悉掉落、收益、成长曲线等设计。 精通Excel公式。有一定脚本能力，能够搭建自动化模拟、批量测试、验证、数值分析工具能力优先。 逻辑清晰、数据敏感、执行力强，能适应项目团队快节奏，愿意直接下场解决问题。 深度体验并拆解过多款主流产品，对不同项目在成长节奏、构筑差异化、流派平衡、商业化承接上有成熟理解。
