职位要求 1. 1-3年以上游戏策划工作经验，熟悉游戏制作流程，有至少一款完整SLG手游项目开发经验，有成功产品经验者优先. 2. 具备系统化设计思维，能根据项目整体架构规划玩家体验与交互内容，并输出完整方案与文档. 3. 善于学习且视野开阔，关注海外市场，对主流SLG/RPG/MMO玩法与系统有深入理解，有大额付费经历或者联盟帮派管理经验优先. 4. 具备优秀的逻辑思维、沟通表达与团队协作能力.
