1. 设计战斗数值体系：属性结构、伤害公式、成长曲线、关卡难度梯度及敌人数值模型； 2. 搭建局内Build数值框架：武器协同关系、被动技能收益曲线、进化合成路径的数值验证； 3. 设计商业化数值体系：养成线的深度与节奏、各付费层的性价比锚定、免费与付费进度的平衡曲线； 4. 建立数值验证工具链：战斗模拟、DPS测算、养成周期推演，支撑设计决策有据可依； 5. 配合运营侧完成活动定价、资源投放等商业化数值方案，并对上线数据做跟踪调优。

1. 3年以上战斗策划经验，至少参与过1款上线项目； 2. 深度体验过向僵尸开炮、弹壳特攻队、吸血鬼幸存器等弹幕射击品类游戏，能说清其养成体系与数值驱动的设计逻辑； 3. 熟练使用Excel或脚本工具搭建数值模型（战斗模拟、经济循环、成长曲线），能独立完成从设计到验证的闭环； 4. 理解手游商业化基础：货币分级、付费分层、资源产出消耗平衡； 5. 逻辑清晰，能解释每个数值设计的推导过程，而非仅凭经验或参照竞品。 加分项 1. 有弹幕塔防/开炮like/Roguelite品类上线项目的数值设计经验； - 弹幕 rouge：吸血鬼幸存者、弹壳特攻队、zombie waves - 塔防 rouge：向僵尸开炮、永远的蔚蓝星球、保卫向日葵、全境守卫 2. 对装备驱动型养成体系（词缀、套装、稀有度阶梯）有设计经验或深入研究； 3. 能用脚本搭建自动化数值验证工具或战斗模拟环境； 4. 对AI辅助数值设计（自动平衡检测、数值模板生成）有实践经验。
