1、负责内部系统（含运维平台）全链路测试（功能、性能、兼容性、用户体验），设计测试场景，输出测试报告，保障产品质量； 2、深入理解业务，参与需求评审，提供质量评估建议，快速响应用户问题； 3、推动测试流程优化，开发维护自动化测试脚本，提升团队效能。

1、计算机相关专业，1年以上 B 端 Web 项目测试经验，熟悉敏捷开发模式； 2、熟练掌握测试理论，能独立完成测试计划、方案、用例设计及数据分析报告； 3、熟练使用 Postman/ApiFox/JMeter 等测试工具； 4、熟悉 MySQL、Redis，能熟练编写 SQL 进行数据验证、查询和清理，具备数据一致性验证和性能分析能力； 5、熟悉 Python/Go/JavaScript/Bash 任一语言，具备至少一种自动化框架实战经验（Pytest/Playwright/Selenium 等）； 6、熟悉 Linux 基础操作与常用网络协议，了解容器化部署及监控告警体系，能针对运维场景独立排查问题并设计测试方案； 7、较强的跨团队协作和问题推动能力，抗压能力强，工作严谨负责。 加分项： 1、具有低代码平台使用经验； 2、熟悉 CI/CD 流程和 DevOps 理念； 3、热爱 B 端事业。
