1. 熟练使用 Spine，了解2D骨骼绑定、网格、权重、关键帧、曲线、换装/插槽等动画制作流程。 2. 熟悉运动规律，具备良好的动作节奏、打击感、角色表演和镜头表现意识。 3. 完整上线游戏项目动画制作经验，熟悉Unity接入与制作，具备对原画拆图、动作设计、特效表现的构思能力。 4. 了解游戏动画资源导出规范，能配合程序完成动画接入和效果调优。 5. 沟通协作顺畅，执行力强，能按项目排期稳定交付。 6. 提供成熟Spine动画作品集。 加分项 熟悉卡通/动漫风，风格接地气，有休闲、SLG、卡牌、放置或小游戏项目经验优先。
