职位要求 1. 拥有美术或设计相关专业背景，及3年以上游戏UI设计经验，并有成功上线项目的完整经历； 2. 能主导和制定项目视觉设计方向，完成产品风格设计； 3. 具备出色的审美与扎实的设计功底，能深刻理解游戏交互逻辑，从玩家视角思考设计； 4. 熟练使用 PS、Figma 等主流设计工具，善于沟通协作，能适应快节奏的开发环境； 5. 能主动学习并运用AI等新兴设计工具，以提升工作效率与创意边界； 6. 具备强烈的责任心和自驱力，对游戏行业充满热爱； 加分项 熟悉 Unity3D或Cocos 等引擎的界面搭建，对游戏用户群有深入了解者优先。
