The posting

Digicel Suriname zoekt een Go-To-Market Manager met end-to-end verantwoordelijkheid voor alle verkoopkanalen van het bedrijf: Grey Market, Retail, Digicel Fibre, FOTS (Field Operations & Trade Sales) en overige toegewezen kanalen. De manager stuurt channel leads en teams direct aan en is verantwoordelijk voor kanalenstrategie, operationele uitvoering, klanttevredenheid en het behalen van commerciële targets.

TAKEN EN VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

Jaarlijkse en kwartaalplannen per verkoopkanaal ontwikkelen en vertalen naar meetbare targets.

Channel leads aansturen op prioriteiten, verantwoordelijkheden en prestatieverwachtingen.

Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor revenue, salesvolume, acquisitie, retentie, klanttevredenheid en overige kanaal-KPIs.

Campagnes, promoties en productlanceringen uitrollen en opvolgen met volledige readiness van mensen, systemen en voorraden.

Prestaties bewaken via dashboards, forecasts en gestructureerde kanaalreviews, met tijdige bijsturing bij afwijkingen.

Volledige HR-cyclus per team aansturen: werving, onboarding, doelen, coaching, beoordelingen en doorgroeiplanning.

Cross-channel afhankelijkheden managen en problemen rondom territory, accounteigenaarschap en kanaalconflict oplossen.

Samenwerken met Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, Finance, Technology, Operations, HR en Supply Chain.

Kanaalbudgetten en resourceplannen beheren binnen gedelegeerde bevoegdheid.

Rapporteren aan de Commercial Director over prestaties, forecasts, risicos en aanbevelingen.

  • Bachelor in Bedrijfskunde, Marketing, Commercial Management of vergelijkbaar.
  • Minimaal vijf jaar toenemende verantwoordelijkheid in sales management, channel leadership, go-to-market strategie of commerciële operaties.
  • Voorkeur voor ervaring in telecom of FMCG.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met aansturing van meerdere teams of channel leads, inclusief coaching en performancemanagement.
  • Bewezen track record van salesgroei en verbetering van multi-channel commerciële prestaties.
  • Sterke commerciële, analytische en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Uitstekende communicatie-, onderhandelings- en presentatievaardigheden.
