Wie zijn wij?

Welkom bij de afdeling Medische Techniek en Klinische Fysica (MTKF) van Rijnstate. Wij zijn een team van gedreven professionals, bestaande uit klinisch fysici, biomedisch technologen, een stralingsbeschermingsdeskundige, een teammanager medische techniek, servicecoördinator, kwaliteitsmedewerker en medisch technici, die zich toeleggen op de toepassing van fysische technieken en de aanschaf van medische apparatuur en hulpmiddelen in de zorg. Wij dragen de verantwoordelijkheid om dit op een verantwoorde en effectieve wijze te doen.

Jouw uitdaging

Als klinisch fysicus ben je betrokken bij cruciale processen rondom medische technologie. Jouw werk speelt zich met name af op de afdeling Nucleaire Geneeskunde waar momenteel enkele uitdagende projecten lopen. Denk aan magistrale bereiding van Lu-177 PSMA, verbouwing van het radionucliden laboratorium en het vervangen van een PET-CT in 2028. Daarnaast adviseer je bij de introductie van innovatieve technieken en behandelmethoden in het hele ziekenhuis, waarbij je garant staat voor de optimale werking van medische apparatuur.

Strategie en beleid op het gebied van investeringen in en verwerving van medische technologie behoren ook tot jouw taken. Je houdt toezicht op het veilige gebruik van fysische technieken zoals straling, licht, elektriciteit en magnetisme, waarbij je met jouw expertise de veiligheid waarborgt.

Daarnaast draag je bij aan onderwijs en advisering omtrent de bekwaamheid van medewerkers, inclusief stralingsveiligheid. Je adviseert bij investerings- en bouwplannen en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid en toepassing van nieuwe apparatuur en technieken vanaf de eerste plannen worden geïntegreerd. Je geeft advies over de te volgen route bij bijzondere aanschaftrajecten, bijv. in het kader van wetenschappelijk onderzoek of ziekenhuis verplaatste zorg.

Jij bent onze perfecte match

  • Heb jij een academisch werk- en denkniveau en heb je de opleiding tot klinisch fysicus (RNG of AKF) afgerond? Met jouw enthousiasme en vakinhoudelijke ervaring als klinisch fysicus ben je een absolute aanwinst. Je kunt uitstekend samenwerken in een team en bent tegelijkertijd in staat om zelfstandig te opereren, te rapporteren en bijbehorende documentatie op te stellen en te onderhouden. Enkele jaren werkervaring is een pré.
  • Je blinkt uit in (schriftelijke) communicatie en staat bekend om je klantgerichtheid, integriteit, zelfstandigheid, stressbestendigheid en analytische vaardigheden. Als bruggenbouwer functioneer je uitstekend in samenwerking met collega's, leveranciers en andere partijen in de organisatie.

  • Rijnstate biedt jou een dynamische werkomgeving met volop kansen voor groei en ontwikkeling.
  • We bieden een arbeidsovereenkomst voor bepaalde tijd voor 32-36 uur per week, met uitzicht op verlenging bij goed functioneren.
  • Beloning conform CAO Ziekenhuizen, de functie is ingeschaald in FWG 75 (min € 6.834, - / max. € 10.138, - bruto p.m. o.b.v. fulltime dienstverband á 36 uur p.w.). De inschaling geschiedt aan de hand van opleiding en ervaring.
