Wil jij leren én direct van betekenis zijn? Bij Amarosa combineer je een opleiding tot Helpende Zorg en Welzijn met een betaalde baan. Je groeit in het vak, maakt écht impact in het dagelijks leven van onze bewoners én bouwt aan een mooie toekomst in de zorg.

Wat ga je doen?

Als leerling Helpende Zorg en Welzijn speel je een belangrijke rol in het ondersteunen van bewoners bij hun dagelijkse activiteiten. Je helpt bij persoonlijke verzorging zoals wassen, aankleden en eten en draagt bij aan een veilige, huiselijke omgeving waarin bewoners zich veilig, gezien en gewaardeerd voelen. Tijdens je opleiding leer je hoe je bewoners stimuleert in hun zelfstandigheid, en hoe je hen op een respectvolle manier begeleidt. Ook leer je hoe je samenwerkt met het sociale netwerk van de bewoner en hoe je zorg biedt die écht aansluit bij iemands wensen en behoeften. In je opleiding kies je voor het keuzedeel Helpende plus, hier leer je ook over vitale functies, medicatie en wondzorg.

Dit doe je door:

• Bewoners te ondersteunen bij persoonlijke verzorging en dagelijkse activiteiten;

• Te zorgen voor een warme, veilige en vertrouwde leefomgeving;

• Te leren in de praktijk en jezelf continu te ontwikkelen.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent gemotiveerd om te leren én om zorg te verlenen aan bewoners in een van onze verpleeghuizen.

• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden;

• Je hebt een Nederlands diploma of een officieel gewaardeerd internationaal diploma op minimaal mbo-niveau 2.

Wij bieden jou!

• Baangarantie!

• Een leer-arbeidsovereenkomst van 29,5 uur per week (waarvan 1 lesdag) in flexibele diensten, zowel dag-, avond en weekenddiensten;

• Een salaris volgens de CAO Verpleeg- en Verzorgingshuizen & Thuiszorg is ingedeeld in FWG 25 €2.541,13 bij 36 uur;

• Je gaat een dag in de week naar school, een groot deel van je lestijd wordt doorbetaald;

• De opleiding en boeken worden volledig vergoed door Amarosa;

• Enthousiaste werkbegeleiding;

• Vakantietoeslag van 8% en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% over het bruto jaarsalaris;

• Meerkeuzesysteem arbeidsvoorwaarden (bijvoorbeeld voor de aankoop van een elektrische fiets of het kopen van extra verlofdagen;

• Reiskostenvergoeding;

• Een pensioenregeling bij pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn.
