Opleiding Verpleegkundige (BBL) – Thuiszorg Wassenaar

Zit je in het tweede of derde jaar van de opleiding Verpleegkunde en wil je de overstap maken van BOL naar BBL? Of wil jij je BBL-opleiding voortzetten bij Amarosa? Bij Amarosa krijg je de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen in de thuiszorg van Wassenaar. Je leert in de praktijk, groeit in je vak en betekent iedere dag iets voor een ander.

Wat ga je doen?

Als leerling Verpleegkundige in de thuiszorg ondersteun en verzorg je cliënten bij hen thuis. Je helpt hen om zo zelfstandig mogelijk te blijven wonen en kijkt naar wat iemand nodig heeft om het dagelijks leven op zijn of haar eigen manier in te richten.

Je werkt samen met ervaren collega’s die je begeleiden en helpen om steeds zelfstandiger te worden. Je past je kennis toe in de praktijk en ontwikkelt je verder in verpleegkundige vaardigheden.

Dit doe je onder andere door:

  • Cliënten te ondersteunen bij persoonlijke verzorging en verpleegkundige zorg;
  • Verpleegtechnische handelingen uit te voeren en je hierin verder te ontwikkelen;
  • Veranderingen in de gezondheid en het welzijn van cliënten te signaleren en te rapporteren;
  • Medicatie te delen. Je medicatievaardigheid is hiervoor aantoonbaar getoetst;
  • Samen te werken met collega’s, cliënten en hun naasten om de zorg goed op elkaar af te stemmen.

Je werkt in de thuiszorg in Wassenaar. Zo leer je cliënten echt kennen en bouw je aan een vertrouwde band.

Wie ben jij?

Je volgt de opleiding Verpleegkunde en zit in het tweede of derde leerjaar. Misschien volg je nu een BOL-opleiding en wil je overstappen naar BBL. Of wil jij jouw BBL-opleiding voortzetten bij Amarosa.

Wij bieden jou!

  • Een betaalde leerwerkplek bij Amarosa;
  • Een leer-arbeidsovereenkomst van 29,5 uur per week, waarvan 1 lesdag, met flexibele diensten;
  • Een salaris volgens de CAO Verpleeg- en Verzorgingshuizen & Thuiszorg (VVT), ingedeeld in FWG 45: € 2.981,98 bruto per maand bij een fulltime dienstverband van 36 uur;
  • Je gaat één dag per week naar school. Een groot deel van je lestijd wordt doorbetaald;
  • De opleiding en boeken worden volledig vergoed door Amarosa;
  • Enthousiaste werkbegeleiding door ervaren collega’s;
  • Vakantietoeslag van 8% en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% over je bruto jaarsalaris;
  • Een meerkeuzesysteem arbeidsvoorwaarden, bijvoorbeeld voor de aankoop van een elektrische fiets of het kopen van extra verlofdagen;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding;
  • Een pensioenregeling bij Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn.
