Jouw expertise maakt het verschil. Als wondverpleegkundige bij Amarosa combineer je specialistische wondzorg met persoonlijke aandacht. Je helpt cliënten vooruit én versterkt de deskundigheid van collega's.

Wat ga je doen?

Als wondverpleegkundige ben je binnen Amarosa dé specialist op het gebied van complexe wondzorg. Je kijkt niet alleen naar de wond, maar vooral naar de cliënt. Wat is er nodig en hoe kunnen we samen zorgen voor de best mogelijke kwaliteit van leven? Je werkt binnen Amarosa in een team van drie collega’s.

Dit doe je door:

  • Zelfstandig complexe wondzorg uit te voeren, wonden te beoordelen en behandelplannen op te stellen;
  • De regie te voeren over het wondzorgproces en de zorg goed af te stemmen met cliënten, naasten en betrokken zorgprofessionals;
  • Nauw samen te werken met onder andere huisartsen, ziekenhuizen, apotheken, hulpmiddelenleveranciers en collega’s in de wijkverpleging en in onze verpleeghuizen;
  • Collega’s te adviseren, instrueren en coachen bij complexe wondzorg;
  • Bij te dragen aan de ontwikkeling en kwaliteit van wondzorg binnen Amarosa, onder andere door het geven van klinische lessen.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een deskundige verpleegkundige die graag zelfstandig werkt, maar samenwerking minstens zo belangrijk vindt. Je weet jouw kennis op een prettige en duidelijke manier over te brengen en vindt het leuk om mee te denken over hoe de zorg steeds beter kan.

Verder beschik je over:

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Verpleegkunde en een post-hbo-opleiding Wondverpleegkundige;
  • Kennis en ervaring met complexe wondzorg en je werkt volgens de geldende richtlijnen, kwaliteitskaders en wet- en regelgeving;
  • Goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden en je kunt goed samenwerken met verschillende disciplines;
  • Een zelfstandige en ondernemende houding en je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van zorg.

  • Een salaris volgens de CAO Verpleeg- en Verzorgingshuizen & Thuiszorg is ingedeeld in FWG 50 (min €3.592,- max. €4.822 bij 36 uur);
  • Vakantietoeslag van 8% en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% over het bruto jaarsalaris;
  • Meerkeuzesysteem arbeidsvoorwaarden (bijvoorbeeld voor de aankoop van een elektrische fiets of het kopen van extra verlofdagen;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding;
  • Een pensioenregeling bij pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn;
  • De mogelijkheid om écht het verschil te maken voor cliënten in de wijk.

Amarosa is dé ouderenzorgorganisatie van Wassenaar. We bieden woonzorg op vijf zorglocaties voor zowel somatische als psychogeriatrische bewoners en bieden thuiszorg. Daarnaast ondersteunen we mensen thuis met hulp bij het huishouden en bieden we dagbesteding. In Wassenaar hebben we drie ontmoetingspunten.
