Wat ga je doen?

Als B2B Account Manager Binnendienst werk je vanuit ons kantoor in Utrecht en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bedrijven die interesse hebben in onze energie- en laadoplossingen. Je richt je volledig op de zakelijke markt en begeleidt klanten door het gehele verkoopproces. Dit betekent dat je actief nieuwe klanten benadert, offertes opstelt, contracten afsluit en ervoor zorgt dat alles operationeel wordt afgehandeld. Je werkt nauw samen binnen het sales- en operationsteam om onze dienstverlening continu te verbeteren en denkt actief mee over hoe we onze marktpositie kunnen versterken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Leads opvolgen die gegenereerd worden door marketing campagnes of door jou zelf
  • Actief contact onderhouden met bestaande en nieuwe B2B klanten
  • Offertes opstellen
  • Offertes opvolgen en zorgen dat deze offertes ook geconverteerd worden naar echte deals
  • Klanten volledig ontzorgen van het eerste contact tot en met de installatie
  • Upsell-mogelijkheden signaleren en bestaande klanten adviseren over uitbreidingen
  • Samenwerken binnen het operations-team om installaties soepel te laten verlopen
  • Bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van salesprocessen en commerciële strategieën
  • Bijdragen aan het professionaliseren van lead generatie, follow-up en conversie

Wij zoeken een commerciële professional die zich prettig voelt in een binnendienstfunctie. Je krijgt energie van klantcontact en het maken van deals. Je bent communicatief vaardig, proactief en resultaatgericht. In een groeiend en dynamisch bedrijf voel jij je thuis, je bent zelf startend en niet bang om de telefoon op te pakken.

Jouw profiel:

  • Pré: Ervaring in B2B verkoop en klantrelatiebeheer
  • Je spreekt Nederlands
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht
  • Proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding en ook een teamspeler
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en zorgt ervoor dat alles van A tot Z goed geregeld is
  • Affiniteit met energietransitie, elektrische mobiliteit, technologie of duurzaamheid
