Wat ga je doen?

Geen twee dagen bij Blue Current zijn hetzelfde. In een knus en gezellig team werken we samen om onze klanten zo goed mogelijk te helpen. Dat kunnen laadpaalgebruikers, installateurs of leasemaatschappijen zijn.

Je beantwoordt vragen via mail en telefoon, duikt in administratieve cases en helpt mee om processen soepel te laten verlopen. Er is altijd ruimte voor overleg met collega’s en je werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams binnen de organisatie.

Je wordt ondersteund door ervaren collega’s en er is online naslagmateriaal beschikbaar, zodat je snel bekend raakt met onze systemen en processen.

In deze rol houd je je met name bezig met het soepel laten verlopen van het credit- en verrekenproces en ondersteun je de administratieve kant van de Customer Happiness afdeling.

Je werkt in een klein team en hebt veel contact met onze Finance-afdeling. Je helpt klanten en partners met vragen over bijvoorbeeld:

  • facturen
  • tenaamstellingen
  • het verrekenproces
  • laadpassen
  • administratieve wijzigingen

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je bent enthousiast over duurzaamheid en elektrisch rijden
  • Je bent een teamplayer en durft je mening te geven
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig en leergierig
  • Je kunt administratieve vraagstukken analyseren en oplossen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en kunt zelfstandig werken
  • Je denkt graag mee over procesverbeteringen
  • Je bent het liefst minimaal 0,6 FTE (±24 uur / drie dagen per week) beschikbaar
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kunt je goed redden in het Engels
  • Je hebt basiskennis van Microsoft Excel
  • Je bent niet bang om de telefoon op te pakken

  • Administratieve of financiële werkervaring
  • Ervaring met facturatie, credit/debet of financiële processen
  • Ervaring in klantenservice of operations
  • Affiniteit met e-mobility of de energietransitie
