Wat ga je doen?

Als stagiair Office Management zal jij een spin in het web zijn en veel meekrijgen van de ondersteunende werkzaamheden voor het bedrijf, zoals administratie, financiën en HR. Je bent gastvrij en houdt ervan om een glimlach op ieder gezicht te verzorgen. Zo zorg je ervoor dat het kantoor er altijd goed en strak uitziet en schroomt er niet voor je collega's hierop aan te spreken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alle kantoorbenodigdheden, de boodschappen en je helpt met het organiseren van teamuitjes, klant-evenementen en feestjes. HR taken waaronder: personeelsadministratie, meedenken met het verbeteren van ons recruitment proces en het helpen bewaken dat de Blue Current cultuur wordt nageleefd door alle werknemers. Administratieve taken waaronder: nieuwe contacten (laadpaaleigenaren) in ons CRM Odoo invoeren, artikelen bestellen ten aanzien van nieuwe laadpalen, aanmaningen versturen per mail of telefonisch, versturen van kopiefacturen op verzoek van de klant en het inscannen van facturen. En dit alles in een start/scale-up omgeving waarin we graag zien dat je veel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt door pro-actief te handelen.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je volgt een MBO4 of HBO studie in de richting van secretariaat, Facility Management of Office Management.
  • Je zoekt een meeloop/werk stage.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en zelfstandig.
  • Je hebt goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal in spreken en geschrift.
  • Je bent pro-actief en gedetailleerd.
  • Je bent niet bang om te bellen.
  • Je bent creatief, ondernemend en dienstverlenend.
  • Je bent een teamspeler, maar kunt ook goed zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd en gedreven.
