Houd je van nauwkeurig werken en wil jij jezelf verder ontwikkelen binnen de salarisadministratie? Lijkt het je leuk om bij te dragen aan een innovatieve sector die continu in beweging is? Lees dan vooral verder!

Wat ga je doen?

Als salarisadministrateur zorg je ervoor dat alles rondom de salarisverwerking op rolletjes loopt. Je denkt mee over slimme procesverbeteringen en adviseert bij salaristechnische vraagstukken. Samen met twee collega’s ben je hét aanspreekpunt voor zo’n 1.100 NLR-medewerkers. Ook onderhoud je contact met externe partijen, zoals de Belastingdienst, verzekeringsmaatschappijen en het UWV.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je beschikt over hbo-werk- en denkniveau en hebt een afgeronde PDL-opleiding. Een VPS-diploma is een pré, ook als je hiervoor nu aan het studeren bent.
  • Je hebt minimaal twee jaar ervaring als salarisadministrateur.
  • Je bent sterk met cijfers, werkt nauwkeurig en bent resultaatgericht.
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent proactief en schakelt gemakkelijk met collega’s en externe partijen.
  • Je denkt in oplossingen en weet vraagstukken vanuit verschillende invalshoeken te benaderen.
  • Ervaring met AFAS Profit is een pré.

Jouw nieuwe werkomgeving

De Salaris- en Werktijdenadministratie in Marknesse vormt samen met de Financiële administratie in Amsterdam de Financiële Administratie afdeling. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat de administratie op orde is! We zijn professioneel en proberen processen te verbeteren waar dat kan. We staan klaar voor collega’s als er financiële vragen zijn. Een plezierige werkomgeving vinden we essentieel. De sfeer binnen de afdeling is informeel en collegiaal en we vinden het belangrijk dat iedereen zich thuis kan voelen bij ons.
