Wanneer de veiligheid van een kind op het spel staat, telt elke seconde. Jij weet het hoofd koel te houden, schakelt snel en begeleidt gezinnen naar rust en stabiliteit. Als ambulant hulpverlener bij Crisis Hulp Jeugd Zuid-Limburg speel jij een cruciale rol in situaties die er écht toe doen. Jij bent het verschil op het moment dat het er het meest toe doet.

Jouw impact

Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag ondersteun je een gezin met een baby in een onveilige situatie, de volgende dag help je pubers en ouders om weer met elkaar in gesprek te komen. Je analyseert, begeleidt en schakelt tussen gezinnen, netwerkpartners en collega-professionals. Dankzij jouw expertise breng je rust in de meest uitdagende omstandigheden. Je kijkt hierbij breed, zodat je een advies op maat kan geven voor de lange termijn om zo tot structurele veiligheid, stabiliteit en ontwikkeling te komen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Snel en effectief stabiliteit creëren in crisissituaties;
  • We werken in Midden- en Zuid-Limburg;
  • Netwerken activeren en samenwerken aan oplossingen;
  • Breed naar de problematiek in het gezin kijken en beoordelen wat er nodig is;
  • Veiligheidsplannen opstellen door het maken van veiligheidsvoorwaarden en samen met het gezin kijken naar wat er nodig is om deze veiligheidsvoorwaarden uit te voeren;
  • Bijdragen aan methodiekontwikkeling en organisatieverbetering.

Je werkt zelfstandig, maar nooit alleen. Je hebt een team van betrokken collega’s achter je staan met wie je kunt sparren en successen viert.

Dit is wat jij meebrengt

  • HBO-diploma in Pedagogiek, Social Work of Orthopedagogiek;
  • Een SKJ-registratie;
  • Passie voor jeugdzorg en de drive om gezinnen te helpen;
  • Flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid in onvoorspelbare situaties;
  • Bereidheid om met momenten buiten de gebaande 9-tot-5-paden te werken.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Salaris: schaal 10 conform cao Jeugdzorg;
  • 8% vakantiegeld, een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,3% (in totaal is dit meer dan 16% bovenop je salaris);
  • Een goede pensioenregeling;
  • Ruimte voor persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling;
  • Extra’s: bedrijfsfitness, fietsplan en een zorgkostenvergoeding;
  • Een jaarcontract voor 28-36 uur per week, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.

  • Minimaal 28 uur per week beschikbaar (uren zijn bespreekbaar in overleg met jou);
