XONAR is een specialistische aanbieder van jeugdzorg met een belangrijke rol in de regio. De organisatie richt zich met name op jeugdigen en gezinnen met complexe opgroei- en opvoedproblemen en meervoudige complexe problematiek, voor wie de veiligheid in het geding kan zijn. XONAR biedt specialistische hulp met als doel een kwalitatief goede en maximaal zelfredzame toekomst te realiseren, biedt hulp dichtbij huis en in eigen leefomgeving en werkt samen met partners die complementaire zorg aanbieden.

De functie van Applicatiebeheerder M&O-systemen komt voor binnen de afdeling I&A van XONAR.

Omschrijving:

Als functioneel beheerder ben je samen met je collega-functioneel beheerder verantwoordelijk voor het functioneel beheer van diverse M&O-gerelateerde applicaties (Youforce en C-quential). Je bewaakt de beschikbaarheid, continuïteit en prestaties van deze systemen en zorgt ervoor dat zij betrouwbaar, efficiënt en optimaal functioneren. Hierdoor kunnen gebruikers hun werkzaamheden zonder verstoringen uitvoeren en worden zij ondersteund bij vragen, wijzigingen en incidenten.

Daarnaast adviseer je over de inrichting, optimalisatie en doorontwikkeling van de applicaties. Je vertaalt, samen met collega gebruikerswensen en organisatorische behoeften naar passende oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat de systemen blijven aansluiten op interne en externe ontwikkelingen, wet- en regelgeving en de veranderende informatiebehoefte van de organisatie. Op deze manier draag je bij aan een toekomstbestendige, betrouwbare en effectieve informatievoorziening.

Vereisten:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Je bent sterk in analyseren en adviseren;
  • Aantoonbare kennis van Youforce is een vereiste;
  • Kennis van en ervaring met het roosterpakket C-quential (Roosterplanning) is wenselijk;
  • Kennis van geautomatiseerde gegevensverwerking, bestandsbeheer en zorgprocessen;
  • Affiniteit met de zorgsector;
  • Je bent een teamplayer die beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding.

  • Een jaarcontract voor 36 uur per week, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband;
  • Salaris: schaal 8 conform cao Jeugdzorg;
  • 8% vakantiegeld, een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,3%;
