The posting

FeniX (regio Maastricht) en SaliX (regio Heerlen) zijn residentiële trauma-behandelgroepen voor kinderen en jongeren met complexe traumagerelateerde klachten of een traumagerelateerde stoornis. FeniX richt zich op kinderen van ongeveer 6 tot 12/14 jaar en SaliX op jongeren van ongeveer 12/14 tot 23 jaar. In een veilige en gestructureerde omgeving krijgen zij 24 uur per dag begeleiding en behandeling die aansluit bij hun ontwikkeling en ondersteuningsbehoefte. Samen werken we met de bewezen ‘’Slapende honden’’ methodiek van Arianne Struik, gericht op stabilisatie, traumaverwerking en het aanleren van belangrijke vaardigheden.

Jouw uitdaging

Als medewerker in ons team speel jij een sleutelrol in het creëren van een veilig en stimulerend leefklimaat. Wat je gaat doen:

  • Werken met een methodische aanpak die ruimte biedt voor jouw eigen interesses, zoals sport, spel, bakken of sensorische modules;
  • Samenwerken met het netwerk van de jongeren, waaronder scholen, Bureau Jeugdzorg, gemeente en andere partners;
  • Overleg met het team en de gedragswetenschapper om de ontwikkeling van elke jongere te volgen en de juiste begeleiding te bieden;
  • Uitvoeren van pedagogische en methodische zorg, zowel individueel als in groepsverband;
  • Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van hulpverleningsplannen en uitvoeren van stabilisatiemethodieken;
  • Administratie en registratie bijhouden om de voortgang te monitoren.

Het team

Ons team bestaat uit 8 enthousiaste en ervaren jeugdzorgwerkers, een methodiekondersteuner, een manager bedrijfsvoering en een gedragswetenschapper. Samen creëren we een trauma-georiënteerd pedagogisch klimaat, waar we elkaar ondersteunen en humor gebruiken om te relativeren.

Dit breng jij mee:

  • Een afgeronde Hbo-opleiding;
  • Een geldige SKJ-registratie of je bent bereid deze te halen;
  • Je bent flexibel en kunt goed inspelen op de dynamiek van de dag.

Dit bieden wij:

  • Salaris conform CAO Jeugdzorg, schaal 8, onder voorbehoud van Hbo-diploma;
  • Een jaarcontract voor 24 tot 36 uur per week, met de intentie om dit na één jaar om te zetten naar een vast dienstverband;
