Von Anfang an wirst du aktiv von deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen in allen buchhalterischen Abläufen eingearbeitet. Du unterstützt das Team bei der Rechnungsprüfung, Zahlungsabwicklung und Kontenpflege und bist ein wichtiger Teil unseres Buchhaltungsteams. Den Tagesablauf gestaltest Du aktiv mit und bekommst praxisnahe Einblicke.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Allgemeine Büro- und Verwaltungstätigkeiten, wie bspw. die Bearbeitung der Ein- und Ausgangspost
  • Rechnungsstellung
  • Bearbeitung von Rechnungen, Angeboten und Bestellungen
  • Bearbeitung von Schriftverkehr und E-Mails
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden und internen Abteilungen
  • Grundlagen der Buchhaltung

Ihr Profil

  • Abitur oder Fachabitur, mindestens einen guten mittleren Schulabschluss
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstark
  • Gute Umgangsformen, freundliches, sicheres Auftreten
  • gutes Zahlenverstädnis
  • Interesse an buchhalterischen Vorgängen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
