Ihre Aufgaben

Sie bringen praktische Erfahrung in der Wohnimmobilienbuchhaltung mit und möchten sich zur Führungskraft entwickeln? Bei WERTGRUND übernehmen Sie die eigenständige Objektbuchhaltung und wachsen schrittweise in die Bereichsleitung hinein.

  • Eigenständige laufende Objektbuchhaltung für Wohnimmobilienportfolios, einschließlich Mieten, Betriebskosten, Kautionen und Banken
  • Bildung von Rückstellungen und Rechnungsabgrenzungen sowie Erstellung und Analyse von Monatsabschlüssen
  • Abstimmung von Mieterkonten und Klärung komplexer buchhalterischer Sachverhalte
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Property Management, Asset Management und externen Hausverwaltungen
  • Mitwirkung bei Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und Vorbereitung von Prüfungen
  • Fachliche Unterstützung und Einarbeitung von Kollegen sowie schrittweise Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung

Ihr Profil

Wichtig ist uns: Sie haben die Wohnimmobilienbuchhaltung selbst operativ durchgeführt und kennen die Abläufe rund um Mietverhältnisse, Betriebskosten und Abschlüsse aus eigener Praxis.

Ihre Perspektive

In den ersten zwölf Monaten werden Sie intensiv in unsere Prozesse, Systeme und Bestände eingearbeitet. Anschließend übernehmen Sie die fachliche Führung eines Teilteams. Ziel ist die Übernahme der Bereichsleitung Buchhaltung der Immobilienverwaltung innerhalb von etwa drei Jahren.

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein einschlägiges Studium
  • Mehrjährige operative Erfahrung in der Objektbuchhaltung überwiegend wohnwirtschaftlicher Bestände
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Mietbuchhaltung, Mieterkonten und den buchhalterischen Prozessen rund um Betriebskostenabrechnungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse immobilienwirtschaftlicher Buchungsprozesse und relevanter Umsatzsteuerthemen, einschließlich Vorsteuerabzug und Dokumentation nach § 15a UStG
  • Erfahrung mit Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB; Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter oder Bereitschaft dazu
  • Gute Kenntnisse eines wohnungswirtschaftlichen ERP-Systems, beispielsweise DOMUS, Wodis oder SAP RE-FX, sowie Excel
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Interesse an einer Führungsrolle; erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Anleitung ist von Vorteil
