  • Use data, feedback and evaluation evidence to demonstrate impact and guide continuous improvement.

Please refer to the Position Description for full details.

About You

  • A postgraduate qualification and professional experience in education, learning development, academic literacies, higher education, library and information studies, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience leading learning support, academic skills, learning development or curriculum-embedded services in higher education.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including workforce planning, performance development, capability building and change leadership.
  • Proven ability to influence senior academic and professional stakeholders and build effective curriculum partnerships.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to use complex data and evaluation evidence to guide decisions, allocate resources and improve student outcomes.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
