  • Establish strong data governance practices and ensure timely responses to workforce data requests with accurate reporting, analysis, and actionable insight.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, procedures, system documentation, and user resources, ensuring they improve data quality, transparency, and self-service.
  • Provide guidance and training to system users, translating technical concepts into practical business solutions.
  • Manage HR portal and team-site content and stay current on HR technology trends, capabilities, risks, and vendor offerings.

Leadership & Business Partnership

  • Balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution, managing multiple initiatives and time-sensitive deliverables with strong judgment and attention to detail.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop one direct report by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing feedback, and supporting professional growth. Lead/influence all members of the Human Resources and Payroll teams in the areas of Compensation and HRIS.
  • Delegate work effectively, monitor priorities and results, and foster a collaborative, accountable, and inclusive team environment.
  • Identify process improvements and use technology, analytics, and market insight to strengthen the employee experience and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Eight to ten years of progressive experience in compensation, HRIS, HR analytics, or related HR disciplines, including experience leading complex programs or projects.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, job evaluation, salary structures, incentive administration, and U.S. wage-and-hour requirements.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
