Responsabilidades e Atribuições

  • Conduzir o onboarding de novos clientes;
  • Realizar kickoffs e acompanhar os primeiros passos da operação;
  • Orientar clientes sobre o uso do Callface.ai;
  • Atender dúvidas e solicitações de primeiro nível;
  • Explicar configurações e funcionalidades de forma simples e didática;
  • Acompanhar clientes durante a jornada inicial;
  • Identificar dificuldades de uso e antecipar possíveis problemas;
  • Registrar atendimentos, interações e informações no sistema;
  • Criar e atualizar conteúdos da nossa base de conhecimento;
  • Trabalhar seguindo scripts, checklists, SLA e processos definidos pelo time de C

Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Experiência de 1 a 2 anos em Atendimento, Suporte ou Customer Success em SaaS B2B;
  • Facilidade com tecnologia e aprendizado de novos sistemas;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Capacidade de explicar assuntos técnicos de maneira simples;
  • Organização para trabalhar com processos, checklists e múltiplos clientes;
  • Disciplina para registrar informações e acompanhar indicadores;
  • Perfil proativo e orientado ao cliente;
  • Conforto para realizar contatos por telefone e WhatsApp;
  • Experiência trabalhando com metas, indicadores ou SLA
