Du willst nicht einfach Gebäude verwalten, sondern einen Campus aktiv weiterentwickeln? Dann übernimm bei der WHU am Campus Vallendar eine Schlüsselrolle im Campus Management. In direkter Zusammenarbeit mit dem Director Campus Management sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere Gebäude, technischen Anlagen und Services zuverlässig funktionieren, Projekte wirksam umgesetzt werden und digitale Lösungen den Campusbetrieb messbar besser machen. Die Rolle verbindet operative Verantwortung mit strategischem Gestaltungsspielraum in einem internationalen Hochschulumfeld.

Die Stelle ist zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet, kann anschließend jedoch verlängert oder entfristet werden.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Operative Steuerung zentraler Facility-Management-Themen am Campus Vallendar
  • Sicherstellung eines funktionalen, sicheren und wirtschaftlichen Betriebs der Gebäude und technischen Anlagen
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Steuerung und Qualitätskontrolle externer Dienstleister
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Terminzielen
  • Begleitung von Bau-, Umbau-, Renovierungs- und Instandhaltungsprojekten
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen im Facility Management
  • Unterstützung von Energieeffizienz- und Nachhaltigkeitsinitiativen
  • Vertretung des Directors Campus Management im definierten Verantwortungsbereich
  • Weiterentwicklung der Digitalisierung im Campus Management, insbesondere im Bereich CAFM/IWMS

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Handwerk und erfolgreiche Weiterbildung als Bautechniker, Schwerpunkt Hochbau (w/m/d) oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer verantwortungsvollen (Führungs-)Position, bestenfalls im Facility Management
  • Idealerweise Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und Kenntnisse einer Projektmanagementmethodik
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Teams und externen Dienstleistern sowie in der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Projekten
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zielgruppengerecht mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern abzustimmen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit CAFM-/IWMS-Systemen sowie Affinität für Entwicklung/Weiterentwicklung digitaler Prozesse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
