Jouw rol binnen wienerberger

Als Digital System Engineer voor het gevelcluster speel je een betekenisvolle rol waarin je direct bijdraagt aan bedrijfszekerheid, verhogen van de kwaliteit, reduceren van verliezen en een structureel beter productierendement. Je werkt systematisch aan het ontwikkelen, optimaliseren en operationeel houden van de digitale systemen die onze operationele afdelingen dagelijks gebruiken.

Je implementeert, beheert en verbetert diverse systemen waaronder SAP PM voor techniek, Process Control System (PCS) en/of Automated Data Gathering (ADG) voor productie en Digital Stock Yard (DSY) voor logistiek. Met jouw inbreng zorg je ervoor dat deze systemen onze processen steeds slimmer, stabieler en efficiënter maken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je adviseert leidinggevenden over het optimaal inzetten van digitale systemen en implementeert verbeteringen actief in onze fabrieken
  • Je ondersteunt gebruikers bij dagelijkse vraagstukken en fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt (key-user) richting systeemspecialisten
  • Je verzamelt, structureert en analyseert operationele data uit verschillende systemen en vertaalt deze naar heldere rapportages en dashboards die bijdragen aan optimalisatie-initiatieven.
  • Je borgt tijdig en volledig de impact van wijzigingen in processen, producten en procedures op de systemen en neemt proactief de benodigde stappen voor het stroomlijnen van de wensen en eisen van de klant (productie)
  • Je ondersteunt bij de implementatie van nieuwe digitale systemen en de uitrol van bestaande systemen op locatieniveau, en zorgt daarbij voor een soepele invoering in de operatie.
  • Je zorgt voor het uniform vastleggen van productiespecificaties en monitort procesvoeringen systematisch

Wat jij in huis hebt

  • Een afgeronde bachelor opleiding in bedrijfskunde of relevante richting
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring in een industriële omgeving, specifiek met het implementeren van digitale systemen
  • Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch vermogen, toont initiatief, houdt overzicht en werkt doelgericht
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en je hebt een goede overtuigingskracht
  • Je bent bereid te reizen naar verschillende fabrieken, waaronder de locaties Afferden, Haaften en Opheusden
