Dit ga je doen

Als operator bij Wienerberger in Thorn is geen dag hetzelfde en krijg je de ruimte en tijd om jezelf te ontwikkelen naar een allround operator. Je komt in een productie omgeving terecht waarbij veiligheid, samenwerking en innovatie altijd centraal staan. Als model fabriek is ons team in Thorn altijd betrokken bij de nieuwste ontwikkelingen. In totaal werken we hier met 35 collega's aan een efficiënte en duurzame productie.

Onze oven draait 7 dagen in de week, 24 uur per dag. Door slim te plannen werken we in de productie 5 dagen per week in een 2 ploegen systeem. Per ploeg werk je samen met 6 operators en 2 TD monteurs.

We werken in 2 ploegen, maandag tm vrijdag. Ene week vroeg, andere week laat.

  • 05:30 uur - 14:00 uur
  • 14:00 uur - 22:30 uur

Jouw werkzaamheden

  • Bedienen, instellen en controleren van machines en installaties.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van storingen. Hierbij kan je rekenen op de hulp van onze TD als dat nodig is.
  • Uitvoeren van gebruikersonderhoud.
  • Als het noodzakelijk is ondersteun je ook de technische dienst bij het ombouwen of onderhoudswerkzaamheden.

Wat jij in huis hebt

  • Enige jaren ervaring in een productieomgeving als operator
  • Proactieve, doelgerichte, zelfstandige, collegiale houding en sta je stevig in je schoenen
  • Natuurlijk ben je leergierig en houd je er van om iets moois te produceren, want dat doen we in Thorn!
