Jouw rol binnen wienerberger

Als productieleider op fabriek in Panningen draag jij jouw ‘steentje’ bij. Je levert als leidinggevende met jouw team een belangrijke bijdrage aan de optimalisatie van het productieproces en de fabriek. Hierbij rapporteer je direct aan de plantmanager.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je geeft leiding aan een productieteam van ongeveer 20 collega’s
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het maken van de productieplanningen
  • Je werkt mee aan de optimalisatie van het productieproces (bestaande uit OEE, kwaliteit, onderhoud, grondstoffen, HSE en energie) en de organisatie
  • Je initieert projecten en voert deze uit m.b.t. optimalisatie van het totale productieproces in de kaders; Mens, Machine, Methode, Middelen en Materialen
  • Je bent de schakel tussen de verschillende afdelingen in onze productie waarbij communicatie een belangrijk onderdeel is
  • Je zorgt voor diverse personeelszaken (zoals functioneringsgesprekken) en aanvullende administratieve werkzaamheden
  • Je levert input voor het opstellen en bewaken van de jaarplannen aan de plantmanager
  • Je organiseert en plant toolbox meetings en cursussen
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coachen en trainen van collega’s in samenwerking met onze Learning & Development afdeling

Wat jij in huis hebt

  • HBO‑werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische of technisch‑bedrijfskundige richting.
  • Enkele jaren leidinggevende ervaring binnen een productieomgeving
  • Kennis van procesoptimalisatie
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, kwaliteitsbewust en communicatief vaardig
  • Je hebt de bereidheid om je vakgericht te ontwikkelen
