IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Sie betreuen und entwickeln unsere Aktivitäten auf nationalen und internationalen Online-Marktplätzen wie beispielsweise Amazon, Otto, Kaufland oder eBay strategisch und operativ weiter.
  • Sie steuern das Sortiment, die Produktdaten, Inhalte und Sichtbarkeit unserer Angebote und sorgen für eine hochwertige Darstellung unserer Marken.
  • Sie planen, koordinieren und analysieren Marketing- und Verkaufsmaßnahmen auf den Marktplätzen.
  • Sie überwachen relevante Kennzahlen wie Umsatz, Verfügbarkeit, Conversion Rate, Retouren und Werbeleistung und leiten daraus konkrete Optimierungen ab.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit internen Schnittstellen wie Vertrieb, Marketing, Produktmanagement, Logistik und Kundenservice sowie mit externen Partnern zusammen.
  • Sie koordinieren Prozesse rund um Bestellungen, Produktverfügbarkeit, Preise, Aktionen und Reportings und treiben deren laufende Verbesserung voran.

DAS ZEICHNET SIE AUS:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt E-Commerce, Marketing, Vertrieb oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im E-Commerce und/oder in der Betreuung von Online-Marktplätzen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Amazon Vendor und Seller Portalen, Erfahrungen mit weiteren E-Commerce Marktplätzen sind von Vorteil.
  • Eine ausgeprägte Daten- und KPI-Affinität sowie Freude daran, Zahlen in wirkungsvolle Maßnahmen zu übersetzen.
  • Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Koordination unterschiedlicher Schnittstellen und Projekte.
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse und ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke.
