IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Sie betreuen Eigenmarkenprojekte unserer Kunden vollumfänglich und sind damit der zentrale Ansprechpartner - intern wie extern
  • Sie überblicken und bearbeiten die verschiedenen Projekte von der Ausschreibung und der Produktspezifikation bis zur Auslieferung und Fakturierung
  • Sie verhandeln die Einkaufspreise genauso wie Sie die Verkaufspreise kalkulieren und reden dabei sowohl mit den Lieferanten als auch den Kunden
  • Enge Kooperation mit unserem Einkaufsteam und dem Marketing, um Verpackungen und Bedienungsanleitungen zu erstellen
  • Muster- und Qualitätsprüfungen gehören zu Ihrem Alltag und Sie wissen, worauf es dabei ankommt. Auch internationale Audits sowie die Umsetzung gesetzlicher Vorschriften bringen Sie nicht aus dem Konzept.
  • Pflege von Kundenportalen und Datenbanken
  • Und wenn Sie kreativ sein möchten, entwickeln Sie auch eigene Ideen für neue Projekte und präsentieren sie den Kunden

DAS ZEICHNET SIE AUS:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, BHS, FH, etc.) und Erfahrung im internationalen Handel
  • Erfahrung im agilen Projektmanagement
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Digitaler Mindset mit sehr guten MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise lässt Sie den Überblick bewahren
  • Aufgeschlossenheit für Neues und Offenheit gegenüber Kunden genauso wie Detailgenauigkeit und wirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • und nicht zuletzt: Interesse an unseren Produktgruppen
