Jefe/a de Obra de Instalaciones

Ubicación: Madrid o Barcelona

MISIÓN DEL PUESTO: Garantizar la correcta ejecución del proyecto en términos técnicos, de plazos, calidad y margen económico, actuando como máximo responsable en obra y asegurando los estándares de seguridad y satisfacción del cliente.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:

1. Gestión Técnica y Planificación

  • Planificación integral: Definir hitos y el camino crítico del proyecto, controlando desviaciones y aplicando medidas correctoras para asegurar los plazos pactados.
  • Gestión contractual: Conocer exhaustivamente las cláusulas, plazos y penalizaciones del contrato.
  • Cierre de obra: Minimizar la lista de repasos en la recepción provisional y reducir incidencias en periodo de post-venta.
  • Compras: Definir el plan de compras, negociando con proveedores y subcontratas para optimizar costes, plazos y calidad.

2. Control Económico

  • Seguimiento financiero: Responsable del cierre económico mensual (producción vs. costes), control del flujo de caja, certificaciones y facturación.
  • Gestión de cambios: Identificar, valorar y negociar órdenes de cambio (contradictorios) y modificaciones del proyecto para proteger el margen de la obra.
  • Control de costes: Supervisar la imputación de costes y analizar desviaciones respecto al presupuesto inicial.

3. Liderazgo de Personas

  • Gestión de equipo: Coordinar y asignar tareas al equipo técnico y operativo (>2 personas directas), así como a las subcontratas.
  • Desarrollo del talento: Evaluar el desempeño, ofrecer feedback constructivo y detectar necesidades formativas para potenciar el crecimiento profesional de su equipo.
  • Clima laboral: Fomentar un entorno colaborativo y resolver conflictos internos.

4. Relación con el Cliente y Seguridad (PRL)

  • Interlocución: Ser la figura principal ante la Dirección Facultativa y la Propiedad, gestionando expectativas y generando una relación de confianza.
  • Seguridad y Salud: Liderar la cultura preventiva (PSS/DGPO), asegurar la coordinación de actividades empresariales (CAE) y actuar como Recurso Preventivo cuando sea necesario.
  • Calidad y Medioambiente: Asegurar el cumplimiento de los planes de Calidad y Gestión de Residuos/Ambiental.

PERFIL QUE BUSCAMOS

Experiencia:

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como Jefe de Obra de Instalaciones.

Formación y Conocimientos:

  • Ingeniería Técnica o Industrial (especialidad Eléctrica o Mecánica).

Herramientas Digitales:

  • Presto / RIB4: Nivel usuario.
  • AutoCAD: Nivel usuario.
  • Navision (ERP): Nivel usuario.
  • Office: Nivel medio/alto.

Idiomas:

  • Inglés: Nivel alto (C1) Idealmente, imprescindible para la gestión de documentación y relación con clientes internacionales.
