Asiakkaamme Suomen Lähilogistiikka hakee Pohjois-Haagassa sijaitsevaan taksin välityskeskukseen lisää asiakasneuvojia.

Mitä Lähilogistiikalla tehdään? Asiakasneuvojana vastaanotat puhelimitse saapuvia Kela-taksitilauksia. Työssä pääset kohtaamaan erilaisia ihmisiä ja autat heitä välittämällä heille taksimatkoja erilaisia sähköisiä järjestelmiä käyttäen. Laadukkaan asiakaspalvelun tuottaminen on Lähilogistiikalla tärkeää ja onnistumisesi turvataan hyvällä koulutuksella sekä tiimin ja esihenkilöiden tuella. Innokkaan ja nopeasti oppivan asiakasneuvojan on mahdollisuus kehittää osaamistaan ja päästä etenemään välityskeskuksen sisällä vaativampiin tehtäviin.

Mitä tehtävä edellyttää? Tässä työssä onnistuaksesi tarvitset kykyä kirjoittaa ja kuunnella samanaikaisesti, myös kiireen keskellä. Työ on ajoittain vaativaa ja siitä syystä arvostamme aikaisempaa työkokemusta puhelin-/asiakaspalvelutyöstä. Välityskeskus on sitoutunut tuottamaan kaksikielistä palvelua asiakkailleen ja ruotsinkielen taitoiselle maksetaan peruspalkan lisäksi kielilisää.

Tarjoamme joustavuutta ja haluamme vastata työntekijöiden tarpeisiin. Osa-aikaisessa työsuhteessa työvuorot ovat sopeutettavissa ja työ sopii loistavasti esimerkiksi opiskelijalle tai muutoin lisätyötä kaipaavalle 24-37,5h viikkotyöajalla. Työvuorot painottuvat arkisin klo 6.00-18.00 välille, mutta olethan valmis 3-vuorotyön vaihteleviin työaikoihin, sillä välityskeskus on avoinna 24/7 ympäri vuoden. Työ alkaa kahden viikon mittaisella perehdytysjaksolla maanantaina 12.10 ja tehtävä on määräaikainen vuoden 2026 loppuun saakka.
