Reakt Direct S.L. on Fuengirolaan vuonna 2019 perustettu, suomalaisia työntekijöitä ympärivuorokautisesti työllistävä asiakaspalvelukeskus. Tavoitteenamme on tehdä työmme tehokkaasti, mutta samalla tarjota erinomaisia asiakaspalvelukokemuksia asiakkaillemme ja motivoiva työympäristö työntekijöillemme. Reaktin omistaa Suomessa toimiva henkilöstöpalveluihin erikoistunut yritys Wippii Work, joka on perustettu 2009.

Millaista työtä tarjoamme?

Etsimme asiakaspalvelijoita kokoaikaiseen ja vakituiseen työsuhteeseen (39h/vko). Työ sisältää Kela-taksitilausten vastaanottoa puhelimitse sekä niiden kirjaamista ja välitystä järjestelmässä. Tällä hetkellä Reaktin tiimi hoitaa Kelakyytejä seuraavissa maakunnissa: Kanta-Häme, Pirkanmaa, Keski-Suomi, Pohjois-Savo, Satakunta, Varsinais-Suomi, Lappi ja Uusimaa. Teemme työtä maanantaista sunnuntaihin aamu- ja iltavuoroissa, klo 05-21 välillä. Työhön valmistava perehdytys alkaa heti sopivien henkilöiden löydyttyä.

Työn onnistunut hoitaminen edellyttää

  • aikaisempaa kokemusta asiakaspalvelutyöstä
  • asiakaslähtöistä asennetta ja erinomaisia vuorovaikutustaitoja
  • täsmällisyyttä, huolellisuutta ja joustavuutta
  • kykyä omaksua nopeasti uusia asioita ja järjestelmiä
  • sopeutumiskykyä avokonttorityöskentelyyn, rutiineihin ja ajoittaiseen kiireeseen
  • sujuvaa suomen ja englannin kielen taitoa (ruotsin kielen taito on eduksi)
  • mahdollisuutta osallistua kokopäiväiseen koulutukseen työsuhteen alussa

Asiakaspalvelukeskuksemme Fuengirolassa työllistävät suomalaisia työntekijöitä erilaisiin asiakaspalvelutehtäviin ympärivuorokautisesti 24/7/365. Modernit ja valoisat toimistomme sijaitsevat Fuengirolassa, loistavien kulkuyhteyksien päässä. Palvelemme asiakkaitamme mm. postipalveluiden ja verkkokauppojen asiakaspalveluun liittyvissä asioissa sekä taksikyytien välityksessä.

Reakt tarjoaa työntekijöilleen kilpailukykyisen palkan. Yrityksessä ei ole provisiopalkkausta, vaan käytössä on kannustepalkkiomalli pohjapalkan lisäksi (keskiansio n. 1700€/kk).

Meille tärkeää ei ole ikä, koulutustausta tai elämäntilanne, vaan elämäniloinen asenne.
