Valopilkku välittää taksikyytejä kuluttajille, julkiselle sektorille ja taksiyhtiöille yhden katon alta. Heillä hoidetaan yhteiskunnallisia kuljetuksia osana julkisen sektorin kyydinvälitystä ja tarjotaan kokonaisvaltaisia palveluratkaisuja taksiyhtiöille. Valopilkun tavoitteena on olla Suomen johtava taksipalveluiden tarjoaja, joka tunnetaan luotettavuudesta ja laadusta. Yhteistyökumppaneina on lukemattomia taksiyhtiöitä ympäri Suomen.

Millaista työtä tarjoamme?

Etsimme reippaita asiakaspalvelijoita työskentelemään osa-aikaisesti (0-37,5h/vko) puitesopimuksella. Sopimusmalli antaa sinulle mahdollisuuden vaikuttaa omiin työaikoihin: ilmoitat viikoittain oman käytettävyytesi, ja työvuoroja tarjotaan sen mukaisesti. Valopilkku tarjoaa palveluita ympäri vuorokauden vuoden jokaisena päivänä, joten työvuoroja on tarjolla arkipäivien lisäksi myös viikonloppuisin ja öisin. Töitä tehdään Valopilkun toimistolta käsin, hyvien kulkuyhteyksien päässä Porin Puuvillassa.

Työ koostuu puhelimitse tehtävästä asiakaspalvelusta, jossa onnistuminen edellyttää kykyä oppia nopeasti uusia asioita ja käyttää erilaisia järjestelmiä. Puheluiden sujuva hoitaminen ja asiakkaiden kohtaaminen edellyttävät hyviä vuorovaikutustaitoja, paineensietokykyä sekä rohkeutta heittäytyä tilanteisiin. Työyhteisö on rento ja kannustava – saat aina tukea, eikä kukaan jää yksin. Tehtävä edellyttää sujuvaa suomen kielen taitoa sekä valmiutta hoitaa asiakaspalvelua myös ruotsiksi ja englanniksi.

Työ alkaa kattavalla ja laadukkaalla perehdytyksellä, joka on saanut erinomaista palautetta. Palkallinen perehdytys kestää yhteensä yhdeksän päivää.

Perehdytysjakso järjestetään 12.10.–22.10. arkipäivisin joko klo 8–16 tai klo 10–16. Perehdytysjaksoon osallistuminen on välttämätöntä työn aloittamisen kannalta.

Tehtävään valituille tarjoamme:

  • tuntipalkan 13,96 €/h + lisät TES:n mukaisesti
