Tu misión va a ser:

Supervisar al equipo de colaboradores del área para alcanzar los objetivos marcados en IKEA Food, ofreciendo productos de calidad a precio bajo y un servicio excelente a la manera IKEA para crear clientes satisfechos.

Tus funciones:

1. Supervisar que la exposición de los productos y la comunicación expuesta en Tienda Sueca, Bistro y sala sea atractiva, capte la atención de los clientes y se ajuste a los estándares de IKEA, solicitando y/o coordinando con Com&In los cambios en caso de que sea necesario. 2. Asegurar que se cumple con la normativa sanitaria vigente (APPCC), garantizando la calidad y la rotación y presentación de los productos (registros de temperatura, limpieza, seguridad alimentaria, etc.) 3. Atender al cliente, y resolver las incidencias y reclamaciones, reportando diariamente al manager del departamento el resumen de las mismas, y sugiriendo mejoras a realizar en los procedimientos y operativa. 4. Hacer seguimiento diario de las ventas e informar a los/as colaboradores/as sobre los resultados y productividad. 5. Garantizar que los/as colaboradores/as disponen de las herramientas necesarias para ayudarles a conseguir los objetivos de venta y sostenibilidad para IKEA Food. 6. Hacer seguimiento del estado y mantenimiento de los equipos del área, comunicando al/la manager de Food las posibles incidencias. 7. Revisar diariamente que se lleva a cabo la reposición, asegurando que el cliente va a tener los productos disponibles en todo momento. 8. Controlar que la gestión y tratamiento de residuos en el área cumple con la normativa interna de reciclaje. 9. Participar en el desarrollo de campañas y acciones comerciales destinadas al área e indicadas por el Manager de Food, verificando que se cumple con el timeplane establecido y según los estándares IKEA. 10. Realizar informes periódicos sobre el desarrollo de las ventas del área, trasladando la información al Manager para su posterior análisis y plan de acción a seguir. 11. Colaborar en la realización del inventario del área siguiendo indicaciones del Manager de IKEA Food. 12. Estar actualizado sobre las características del surtido y productos ofertados en el área, así como de las cuestiones más frecuentes planteadas por los clientes. 13. Asistir y participar activamente en las reuniones a las que es convocado/a. 14. Coordinar al equipo de colaboradores organizando horarios, vacaciones, bajas, etc. para asegurar que se cuenta con la cantidad de colaboradores adecuada que garanticen un buen servicio al cliente. 15. Realizar la charla de desarrollo/DAFO a todos los miembros de su equipo, haciendo seguimiento de los planes de acción marcados. 16. Velar por que tu equipo se encuentre formado, identificando las áreas de desarrollo y proponiendo acciones formativas de actualización y reciclaje. 17. Colaborar cuando sea necesario, junto a recursos humanos, en los procesos de selección y acogida del personal del área, teniendo presentes los valores de IKEA. 18. Gestionar el calendario laboral con el equipo del área: vacaciones, turnos, horarios y control de presencia. 19. Actuar como Duty cuando la organización lo requiera.

Qué buscamos en ti:

- Experiencia en supervisión y coordinación de equipos de trabajo, preferiblemente en áreas de alimentos y bebidas. - Conocimientos en manipulación de alimentos y cumplimiento de normas de seguridad alimentaria (APPCC). - Capacidad para analizar resultados, identificar oportunidades de mejora y garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y servicio.
