Tu misión va a ser:

Dar un servicio de atención al cliente excelente, velando por que cumplan los estándares de calidad IKEA, para lograr la satisfacción y fidelización de los/as clientes/as, siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos.

Tus funciones:

1. Recibir a los/as clientes/as y atenderlos ante sus necesidades, manteniendo siempre el IKEA Tone of Voice. 2. Atender, tramitar y resolver inquietudes y reclamaciones de los/as clientes/as bajo el estándar de Customer Academy y Guía de Servicios, así como las devoluciones de artículos y servicios. 3. Crear y gestionar en CRM las incidencias, dando seguimiento hasta finalizar el proceso con el cliente bajo el estándar de Customer Academy. 4. Crear y gestionar presupuestos, facturaciones (depósitos, cobros pendientes), reservas de artículos y servicios solicitados por los/as clientes/as, motivados por las incidencias recibidas bajo el estándar de Customer Academy y Guía de Servicios. 5. Atender al cliente y realizar la entrega de la mercancía de acuerdo a Customer Academy. 6. Solucionar las incidencias con el/la Responsable de Almacén, en caso de que la mercancía no reúna los requisitos de calidad o no corresponda con la solicitud. 7. Gestionar los almacenes lógicos en el sistema y los almacenes del área de Customer Relations. 8. Hacer la gestión de la contratación de los servicios bajo el estándar de Customer Academy y Guía de Servicios. 9. Realizar el arqueo y cierre de caja diarios, manteniendo actualizado el fichero de las facturas. 10. Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y ordenada, reportando cualquier incidencia al Team Leader de Customer Relations. 11. Recoger los carros y colocarlos en las áreas correspondientes, si fuera necesario. 12. Participar activamente en las reuniones a las que es convocado/a, especialmente en los roll call.

Qué buscamos en ti:

- Experiencia en atención y servicio al cliente. - Habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para gestionar consultas, reclamaciones y devoluciones. - Capacidad para coordinar entregas de mercancía y resolver incidencias en colaboración con el área de Almacén.
