Tu misión va a ser:

Garantizar el cumplimiento de la cadena logística de compras, siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos para asegurar que la mercancía está disponible y en perfecto estado para los clientes, y que se alcanzan los objetivos marcados.

Tus funciones:

1. Coordinar al equipo de colaboradores/as de pickers organizando horarios, vacaciones, bajas, etc. para asegurar que se cuenta con la cantidad de colaboradores adecuada que garanticen un buen servicio. 2. Velar por el cumplimiento de las tareas de mantenimiento del almacén, de forma que garanticen la seguridad, el orden y la limpieza. 3. Notificar al Responsable de Almacén las incidencias encontradas, tanto en el almacén como en la mercancía. 4. Separar las órdenes en compra en la bandeja de pedidos, clasificándolas según su tipología (PUOPs, transporte, islas, etc.) para su preparación. 5. Separar y organizar la mercancía de las compras de los clientes para su preparación, tanto para entrega de mercancías como de transporte, pedidos internos e intercambios. 6. Atender y gestionar las incidencias recibidas en la entrega de mercancía, resolviéndolas en el menor tiempo posible según las prioridades, para hacer entrega del pedido a los clientes. 7. Participar en las reuniones del área organizadas por el responsable del almacén y realizar reuniones semanales con el equipo de colaboradores/as. 8. Colaborar en el inventario general del almacén. 9. Apoyar al equipo de colaboradores/as de almacén, cuando la situación lo requiera. 10. Vigilar y velar por que el personal utilice los EPI´s y cumpla con los reglamentos de Seguridad. 11. Participar en los procesos de selección y acogida del personal del área, teniendo presentes los valores de IKEA. 12. Velar por que el equipo se encuentre formado, identificando las áreas de desarrollo y proponiendo acciones formativas de actualización y reciclaje. 13. Realizar la charla de desarrollo a su equipo de colaboradores/as, haciendo seguimiento de los planes de acción marcados.

En Tenerife, los Team Leader Picker realizan además las siguientes funciones: 14. Solucionar en el sistema (Bitboxer) los desajustes de stock derivados de las incidencias de preparación de pedidos. 15. Supervisar que se suministra la mercancía solicitada en el sistema para la reposición de la tienda de acuerdo a los procedimientos establecidos.

Además, los Team Leader Picker del área de transporte, realizarán las siguientes funciones: 16. Informar al/la responsable de almacén y al/la Transport Leader de Service Office sobre el volumen diario de transportes, proponiendo mejoras que ayuden a optimizar el proceso. 17. Atender y resolver las incidencias recibidas por las empresas externas de transporte, garantizando un servicio excelente a la manera IKEA.
