Tu misión va a ser:

Realizar las transacciones de cobro a los/as clientes/as y las tareas derivadas de éstas, siguiendo los procedimientos a la manera IKEA, para alcanzar los objetivos de venta y contribuir a una experiencia de compra agradable para los clientes

Tus funciones:

1. Verificar precios, facturar y efectuar el cobro de los artículos al cliente cuando pase por la línea de cajas. 2. Efectuar los reembolsos en efectivo o con tarjetas internas a los clientes que así lo soliciten. 3. Retornar los artículos no facturados al Physical Customer Meeting Point para que el personal de cada área pueda colocarlos en el lugar correspondiente (back to stock). 4. Reportar al Team Leader las incidencias detectadas, así como los artículos pagados y olvidados en caja. 5. Realizar el arqueo y cierre de caja diarios. 6. Asegurar que el lineal de caja cumpla con los estándares de calidad y visualización de IKEA (ISAN: In Shape as New). 7. Mantenerse informado/a sobre las campañas/promociones vigentes para clientes y colaboradores/as y aplicarlas según el procedimiento establecido. 8. Dar apoyo a todas las áreas del departamento, cuando sea necesario. 9. Participar activamente en las reuniones a las que es convocado/a, especialmente en los roll call.

Además de las funciones anteriormente descritas, el/la colaborador/a de caja en Santo Domingo, realizará también: 10. Dar una vuelta diaria por el Physical CMP, antes de la apertura y en el cambio de turno, para asegurar la disponibilidad de las herramientas de compra.

Qué buscamos en ti:

- Experiencia o conocimientos en atención al cliente y manejo de transacciones de cobro. - Habilidad para verificar precios, facturar artículos y procesar pagos y reembolsos. - Disponibilidad para trabajar durante la temporada de Black Friday, siguiendo los procedimientos y estándares de IKEA.
