Tu misión va a ser:

Promover el programa de fidelidad IKEA Family y productos financieros, contribuyendo al logro de los objetivos a través del cumplimiento de los procedimientos de la empresa, y creando relaciones duraderas con visitantes y clientes.

Tus funciones:

1. Comunicar a los/as clientes y/o visitantes los beneficios y recompensas del programa de financiación y fidelización de las tarjetas IKEA Family, ofreciendo una experiencia de compra única y agradable. 2. Captar la atención de los/as clientes y/o visitantes resaltando las características y beneficios del club de ventajas, anticipando y superando las objeciones que pudiesen surgir y lograr fidelizarlos. 3. Gestionar el proceso de incorporación al Club de Ventajas y activación de tarjetas, ofreciendo al cliente las promociones vigentes. 4. Verificar y validar que la documentación está correctamente cumplimentada en el sistema para la emisión de la tarjeta. 5. Registrar las incidencias en CRM, ofreciendo soluciones concretas según el procedimiento establecido para así asegurar la satisfacción del cliente. 6. Mantener actualizada la base de datos con las informaciones de contacto de los miembros del club de ventajas. 7. Informar al Team Leader de IKEA Family sobre las incidencias que pudiesen presentarse en el departamento (información y/o comunicación desactualizada sobre el departamento en cualquier CMP, etc.), aportando soluciones que contribuyan a la mejora continua. 8. Mantener informado al personal de Stores y PUOPs acerca del funcionamiento del club de ventajas IKEA Family. 9. Mantener el área de trabajo ordenada, limpia y preparada con el material comercial actualizado y en óptimas condiciones. 10. Reponer las revistas IKEA Family en los puntos habilitados de Store y/o PUOPs, garantizando siempre la disponibilidad para clientes y visitantes. 11. Brindar soporte en el departamento, de ser requerido. Además de las funciones anteriormente descritas, el/la Promotor Comercial en las CMP´s de República Dominicana, hará también lo siguiente: 12. Garantizar una excelente comunicación con los miembros del club de ventajas durante todo el proceso de gestión de tarjetas, haciendo seguimiento de la producción pendiente de emisión. 13. Captar los datos de las empresas interesadas en formar parte del club de ventajas y trasladar la información al departamento de Empresas Asociadas. 14. Gestionar movimientos de tarjetas entre PUOPs y Stores, enviándolas por mensajería.

Además, en República Dominicana, el IKEA Family Commercial Promoter realizará la siguiente función:

15. Realizar llamadas telefónicas a los/as clientes/as ofreciendo atención personalizada para que acudan a recoger sus tarjetas.
