Tu misión va a ser:

Lograr que los clientes tengan una experiencia de compra satisfactoria y alcanzar los objetivos marcados, teniendo presentes los valores IKEA, contribuyendo a que la marca sea conocida como la mejor tienda de muebles y accesorios para el hogar

Tus funciones:

1.Atender al cliente, ofrecerle tus servicios y sugerir las mejores soluciones y productos que satisfagan sus necesidades. 2.Informar a los clientes de los servicios disponibles (transporte, montaje, servicio especialista, etc). 3.Cobrar y facturar la mercancía ofertando a los clientes el pago con las tarjetas IKEA Family MasterCard y/o tarjeta de fidelidad de IKEA Family, así como ofrecerlas en el caso de no tenerlas. 4.Realizar el arqueo y cierre de caja diario. 5.Verificar el buen estado de mi HFB, comprobando etiquetado, cartelería y surtido (ISAN: In Shape As New). 6.Reportar al área de Recovery aquellos productos que no cumplan con los estándares de calidad IKEA. 7.Revisar la disponibilidad de las herramientas de compra, solicitando al departamento de correspondiente la reposición en caso de ser necesario. 8.Conocer las características del surtido de mi HFB y mantenerse actualizado sobre el mismo. 9.Participar activamente en las reuniones del departamento, especialmente en los Roll Call, proponiendo ideas que ayuden a alcanzar y mejorar los objetivos de ventas. 10.Colaborar en el montaje y colocación del surtido de exposición siguiendo las indicaciones de los Shopkeepers. 11.Reponer mercancía del área de Self Service, cuando sea necesario. 12.Dar apoyo en otras HFBs cuando sea necesario.

Además, los/as vendedores/as de MarketHall realizarán la siguiente función: 13.Separar peticiones de mercancía para los Customer Meeting Points (productos para exposición o mercancía de intercambio entre Physical CMP) en apoyo a la venta web.

Además, los/as vendedores/as del área de cocinas realizarán las siguientes funciones: 14.Plasmar sobre los planos los diseños solicitados por el cliente y dominar las herramientas de diseño con las que cuenta el servicio. 15.Documentar y dar seguimiento al proceso de venta de las cocinas a través del CRM y otras herramientas disponibles, siguiendo el procedimiento establecido.
