En WonderLab somos un emprendimiento con un ritmo de trabajo dinámico y estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Asistente Personal y de Proyectos Especiales para sumarse a nuestro equipo. Buscamos a una persona proactiva y estructurada, que tenga la agilidad para asistir a los fundadores en su día a día y, al mismo tiempo, involucrarse en iniciativas únicas que surgen fuera de nuestro flujo de trabajo habitual. ¿Cuál será tu rol? Trabajarás de cerca con los fundadores. Es un puesto dinámico y dual: dedicarás una parte de tu tiempo a brindar asistencia personal y logística, y la otra a investigar, organizar y presupuestar "proyectos especiales" que el equipo necesite estructurar y ejecutar. Responsabilidades principales Asistencia directa: Gestión de agenda, logística, trámites y soporte personal para optimizar el tiempo de los fundadores. Proyectos Especiales: Participación activa en iniciativas transversales, ayudando a planificarlas y ejecutarlas. Gestión de información: Investigar temas desde cero, buscar datos y estructurar la información para facilitar la toma de decisiones. Resolución operativa: Actuar como nexo para destrabar problemas y asegurar que los proyectos avancen. Requisitos El perfil que buscamos Apuntamos a un perfil en crecimiento (Junior o Semi-Senior), con excelente capacidad de organización y disposición para tareas tanto estratégicas como operativas. Actitud resolutiva: Entendés que el rol combina responsabilidades de gestión de proyectos con tareas muy operativas (desde armar una planilla de costos compleja hasta coordinar un envío o un turno médico), y asumís ambas con el mismo nivel de compromiso. Formación y experiencia: Estudiantes avanzados o graduados recientes de Administración, Organización de Eventos, Relaciones Públicas o afines. Valoramos contar con 1 a 3 años de experiencia en roles de asistencia, coordinación o administración. Herramientas: Dominio avanzado de Excel/Spreadsheets (excluyente para el armado de presupuestos) y manejo de plataformas de gestión (ej. Notion, Asana, Trello). Capacidad analítica: Facilidad para los números y para ordenar información compleja de forma metódica y prolija. Inglés avanzado: Nivel fluido para redacción y conversación (excluyente). Movilidad: Licencia de conducir vigente y disposición para manejar cuando sea necesario (excluyente). Flexibilidad: Amplia disponibilidad horaria para adaptarte a los tiempos del emprendimiento y a las urgencias de los proyectos Ventajas ✨ ¿Qué ofrecemos?
