¿Qué buscamos? Estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Talent Acquisition Specialist que no solo sea experto/a en reclutamiento, sino que también entienda las dinámicas del mundo de la producción audiovisual y la tecnología. En este rol, identificarás y atraerás a los perfiles perfectos para unirte a nuestro equipo en áreas como desarrollo tecnológico, entretenimiento, y producción de eventos. Tus responsabilidades Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de reclutamiento enfocadas en atraer perfiles clave para proyectos innovadores. Identificar y evaluar candidatos con experiencia en producción audiovisual, tecnología y roles creativos. Trabajar de la mano con los equipos de eventos inteligentes y producción para entender sus necesidades y prioridades. Asegurar una experiencia positiva para los candidatos durante todo el proceso de selección. Participar en la creación de una red de talento que conecte con los valores y objetivos de WonderLab. Requisitos Experiencia previa en reclutamiento de talento, especialmente en roles relacionados con tecnología, creatividad y/o producción audiovisual. Conocimiento del mundo de los eventos y las herramientas tecnológicas que los potencian. Habilidad para identificar talento que combine creatividad y competencias técnicas. Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y pasión por conectar personas con proyectos significativos. Capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades en un entorno dinámico y de rápido cambio. Deseable: Conocimientos en plataformas de reclutamiento, análisis de talento y desarrollo de marca empleadora.
