Productora de eventos interactivos incorpora a su staff un Coordinador de Operaciones y Eventos Buscamos un perfil dinámico y resolutivo para desempeñarse como Coordinador de Operaciones y Eventos. Esta posición es el motor que hace posible la ejecución de nuestros proyectos, encargándose de que el talento adecuado esté en el lugar correcto, con los recursos necesarios y bajo una gestión administrativa impecable. Tu rol será fundamental para transformar las ideas en experiencias reales y exitosas. Responsabilidades Principales Reclutamiento y Gestión de Talento Liderar los procesos de búsqueda y selección de personal eventual y fijo. Coordinar la contratación, inducción y control de asistencia de los equipos de trabajo en eventos. Mantener actualizada la base de datos de proveedores de talento y staff. Logística y Producción de Eventos Coordinar la logística de materiales, equipos y recursos necesarios para cada producción. Brindar soporte activo durante el montaje y ejecución de los eventos (presencia en campo). Soporte Administrativo Manejo y control de caja chica operativa. Recepción, control y archivo de documentación administrativa y contable. Gestión de cuentas corrientes y soporte en el proceso de facturación y cobranzas. Carga de datos en sistemas de gestión para mantener la trazabilidad de los proyectos. Requisitos Son requisitos excluyentes para el puesto: Modalidad: 100% presencial en la zona de Palermo, CABA y asistencia a eventos. Experiencia comprobable de por lo menos 2 años en posiciones similares. Manejo intermedio/avanzado de Excel. Excelente nivel de comunicación escrita y verbal Perfil negociador y actitud positiva para enfrentar los desafíos que se presenten Ventajas ¿Qué Ofrecemos?
