What You Will Be Doing
- Strategic Supply Chain Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with the business segment’s goals, ensuring efficient integration of procurement, production, and distribution processes.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily supply chain operations, including inventory management, logistics, and demand forecasting, to maintain optimal performance and meet service level agreements.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and enhances overall team productivity.
- Supplier and Partner Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners, negotiating contracts, ensuring quality standards, and driving initiatives for continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Monitor supply chain performance metrics, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support the business segment’s objectives.
What We Are Looking For

- Financial Acumen: Manages budgets, forecasts financial performance, and ensures cost effective supply chain operations.· Data Analysis and Decision Making: Utilizes data analytics to inform strategic decisions, optimize supply chain performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effectively communicates with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear understanding and alignment of supply chain initiatives.
- Risk Management: Identifies potential supply chain risks and develops mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and resilience.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Builds and maintains strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and other key stakeholders to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluates and enhances supply chain processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Technological Proficiency: Leverages advanced supply chain technologies and systems to streamline operations and support strategic objectives.
