Voor de woonzorglocaties De Hanzeborg, De Uiterton en ‘t Landleven in Lelystad en voor de thuiszorg zijn wij op zoek naar zorgstudenten.

Als helpende (plus) en mogelijk verzorgende IG krijg je bij ons de kans om jouw kennis direct toe te passen. Afhankelijk van je stage-ervaring en wat je al hebt afgetoetst, kun je taken uitvoeren zoals ADL, het aanreiken van medicijnen, insulinezorg en stomazorg. Heb je nog niet alle vaardigheden onder de knie?

Volg jij je opleiding/stage bij Woonzorg Flevoland, geen zorgen, wij begeleiden je stap voor stap en zorgen ervoor dat je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheden aankan. Dit helpt je ook bij je opleiding: je kunt handelingen sneller aftekenen, wat jouw leerproces enorm versnelt.

Je loopt eerst een aantal keer mee met een ervaren collega die jou begeleidt. Daarna krijg je steeds meer zelfstandigheid. En het mooie is dat je naarmate je groeit, steeds complexere handelingen mag uitvoeren, zoals insuline toedienen en medicatie uitdelen. Bovendien werk je voor een goed salaris, wat een mooie extra is tijdens je studie!

Jij zorgt voor de cliënt. Wij zorgen voor jou met:

  • Voor Helpende plus: salaris conform de cao VVT FWG 30; tussen de € 17,02 en € 21,79 per uur;
  • Voor Verzorgende IG: salaris conform de cao VVT FWG 35 (op locatie) of 40 (thuiszorg) (afhankelijk of jij intra- of extramuraal werkt); tussen de € 17,48 en € 24,69 per uur;
  • Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals: 8% vakantiegeld, eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% en een reiskostenruilregeling;
  • Ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen. We kijken samen naar leer- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden;
  • De mogelijkheid om door te stromen naar een vaste baan.
  • Tijdens je route rijd je met een van onze dienstauto’s (extramuraal).

Dit ben jij:

  • Je zit minimaal in het 3e leerjaar van de opleiding verzorgende of verpleegkunde (mbo of hbo);
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor avond- en weekenddiensten;
  • Heb je bij voorkeur een rijbewijs (extramuraal);
  • Jij staat ervoor open om bij ons intern opgeleid te worden in een aantal voorbehouden handelingen;
  • Voel je prettig bij het zelfstandig werken en durf je om hulp te vragen wanneer dat nodig is.
