Bij Woonzorg Flevoland richten we ons op diverse doelgroepen met uiteenlopende zorg- en ondersteuningsbehoeften. Onze woonzorglocaties en bieden naast wonen, veel activiteiten en zorg- en welzijnsdiensten. Een thuisgevoel voor onze bewoners en hun naasten, dat is waar onze medewerkers naar streven.

Wat ga je doen?

Als stagiair(e) binnen Wonen en Zorg ondersteun je bij:

  • Het bevorderen van de zelfredzaamheid en kwaliteit van leven van de bewoner.
  • Het bieden van persoonlijke zorg en begeleiding die aansluit bij de behoeften van de bewoner.
  • Het versterken van de samenwerking met mantelzorgers, huisartsen en andere zorgpartners om de zorg rondom de bewoner optimaal te organiseren.

De woonzorglocaties bieden zorgappartementen voor zowel één- als tweepersoonshuishoudens.

Voor mensen met dementie zijn er groepswoningen waarbij vaste teams van medewerkers de bewoners de benodigde zorg en ondersteuning bieden.

Binnen de locatie De Uiterton bevindt zich ook de afdeling Eerstelijnsverblijf. Het Eerstelijnsverblijf is bedoeld voor kwetsbare mensen die tijdelijk niet meer of niet verantwoord in hun eigen thuissituatie kunnen verblijven, maar voor wie ook geen opname in een ziekenhuis of andere zorginstelling met medisch specialistische behandeling beschikbaar is.

  • De mogelijkheid om na je stage als vakantie/oproepkracht/flexmedewerker aan het werk te blijven.

Wie ben jij?

Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde stagiair(e) die:

  • De opleiding Verzorgende IG/Verpleegkundige volgt en vanaf januari/februari 2027 een stage zoekt.
  • Affiniteit heeft met de ouderenzorg en het werken in een intramurale setting.
  • Klantgericht is en respectvol omgaat met privacy, zelfstandigheid en persoonlijke voorkeuren van de bewoner.
  • Goed kan samenwerken met mantelzorgers, huisartsen en andere zorgprofessionals.
  • Kan werken in een wisselend rooster, inclusief weekenden en feestdagen (in overleg)
