Bouw mee aan de ouderenzorg in Almere, binnen en buiten het verpleeghuis.

De ouderenzorg in Almere is volop in beweging. Steeds meer ouderen wonen langer thuis en de zorgvragen worden complexer. Dat vraagt om goede specialistische zorg voor kwetsbare ouderen, zowel binnen onze woonzorglocaties als bij mensen thuis.

Bij Woonzorg Flevoland krijg je de kans om in beide werkgebieden aan de slag te gaan. Je werkt met ouderen met complexe zorgvragen die thuis wonen en helpt mee om onze medische zorg binnen de woonzorglocaties verder te ontwikkelen.

We willen onze eerstelijn verder uitbouwen. Daarom zoeken we een specialist ouderengeneeskunde die niet alleen graag instapt, maar het ook leuk vindt om mee te denken over hoe we dit de komende jaren willen neerzetten.

Je hoeft daarvoor geen kant-en-klaar plan mee te nemen. Nieuwsgierigheid, ideeën en zin om mee te bouwen vinden we minstens zo belangrijk.

Binnen onze medische vakgroep werken specialisten ouderengeneeskunde, verpleegkundig specialisten en physician assistants samen. We benutten elkaars kennis en ervaring en vinden het belangrijk dat je als specialist de ruimte hebt om je vak op jouw manier uit te oefenen.

Rond je binnenkort je opleiding tot specialist ouderengeneeskunde af? Ook dan maken we graag kennis met je!

Zo zorgen we voor jou:

  • Een salaris conform de cao VVT FWG 75; tussen de € 7.263,94 en € 10.467,78 per maand op basis van 36 uur per week;
  • We bieden direct een contract voor onbepaalde tijd;
  • We helpen je om je ambities te verwezenlijken. Door middel van cursussen of opleidingen;
  • Geen onregelmatige diensten, wél een dynamische baan tussen 8.30 en 17.00 uur;
  • Fijne secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals een eindejaarsuitkering en een reiskostenruilregeling.

Dit ben jij:

  • Je barst van de innovatieve ideeën;
  • Jij zorgt dan ook voor groei en ontwikkeling van de organisatie en het team;
  • Samen met het team leid jij verpleegkundig specialisten, physician assistents en coassistenten op;
  • Je geeft graag advies op het gebied van organisatorische en beleidsontwikkelingen.
