Werken aan de zorg van morgen. In onze locatie in Almere Haven ondersteun jij de bewoners bij behoud van eigen regie en zelfstandigheid. In samenwerking met het netwerk van de bewoners en vrijwilligers.

Dat is: Jij en Woonzorg Flevoland.

Over Leemwierde

Leemwierde is een redelijk nieuw modern pand met nieuwe voorzieningen. Er is een wijkpost gehuisvest, het eerstelijnsverblijf en studio’s voor mensen met dementie of somatische klachten.

Leemwierde is een locatie die volop in ontwikkeling is. Waar we samen met de bewoners, het netwerk en vrijwilligers vorm geven aan het wonen en werken in Leemwierde. Processen zijn nog niet in beton gegoten. Samen ontdekken we en stellen we bij. Ook het team is nog niet volledig. Daarom hebben wij jou hard nodig.

Jij en jouw werk:

Als verzorgende ondersteun je de bewoner in zijn dagelijks leven. Je luistert naar wat de bewoner zelf nog kan. Waar het netwerk, technologie of vrijwilligers de ondersteuning niet kunnen bieden stap jij in. Zo geven we met elkaar vorm aan het wonen en werken in Leemwierde.

Jij stelt de eigen regie van bewoners en cliënten centraal In de 60 studio’s wonen mensen zo zelfstandig mogelijk. De eigen regie van bewoners en cliënten staat centraal. Met ruimte voor actieve betrokkenheid van mantelzorgers in het dagelijks leven van hun naaste(n) en het vertrouwde sociale netwerk vanuit ‘thuis’.

Samen opbouwen en zorgen Samen met jouw collega's maak jij de zorg van deze locatie tot een succes. Jouw pro-activiteit komt hierbij van pas. Het team is tijdens jouw werk de basis waar jij op kan terugvallen. Is jouw vaste plek de somatiek-afdeling, maar is er iemand ziek van team PG of op het eerstelijnsverblijf, dan spring jij zonder problemen bij in een ander team tijdens je dienst. Samen werken jij en je team aan de zorg van morgen.

Zo zorgen we voor jou:

Wij zorgen voor een fijne werksfeer en -omgeving. Met ruimte voor iedereen. Omdat we jou als zorgprofessional waarderen. In jouw team is dan ook oog voor cliënten én collega’s.

En verder:

  • Een salaris conform de cao VVT FWG 40; tussen de € 2.981 en € 3.864 per maand op basis van 36 uur per week.
  • Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals: 8% vakantiegeld, eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% en een reiskostenruilregeling;
  • Een passend aantal uren werk, we kijken graag samen wat past.
  • Ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen. We kijken samen naar leer- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden;
  • Bij ons kun je je specialiseren in bijvoorbeeld wondzorg, diabetische, palliatieve of dementiezorg. Heb je al een specialisme? Wij geven je alle ruimte om dit toe te passen;
  • Mogelijkheid om mee te doen aan sportactiviteiten, zoals bootcamp en yoga. Maar ook workshops over bijvoorbeeld verminderen van stress of over de overgang.

Dit ben jij:

Belevingsgericht werken staat bij jou voorop. Elke dag opnieuw kijken wat de behoefte van de bewoner is. Daarnaast:

  • Ben jij in staat de dienst te coördineren. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken waarbij je overdag terug kunt vallen op de wijkverpleegkundige.
  • Ben jij in staat om de bewoner te stimuleren, activeren en aan te moedigen bij verschillende activiteiten en daarbij het netwerk actief te betrekken.
  • Kun jij begeleiden met de handen op de rug. En neemt het niet over van de bewoner.
  • Weet jij aan te sluiten op de belevingswereld van de bewoner.
  • Ben je flexibel en wendbaar.
  • Ben je beschikbaar voor alle diensten, dag-, avond- en nachtdiensten (diensten zijn vanaf 07:00, 14:30 of 22:45 uur).
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig diploma Verzorgende IG.
