ALTEN México está en búsqueda de un Software Tester altamente calificado para integrarse a un proyecto estratégico con cliente del sector automotriz.

Perfil del Puesto:

El Software Tester será responsable de asegurar la calidad del software a lo largo de su ciclo de vida, mediante la planeación, ejecución y documentación de pruebas, garantizando el cumplimiento de alcance, tiempos y estándares de calidad definidos por el cliente. El puesto tendrá un rol clave en la gestión y seguimiento de actividades de testing dentro de un entorno de ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), así como en la comunicación efectiva con equipos multidisciplinarios y stakeholders internacionales.

Gestionarás el día a día de las actividades de validación, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con equipos de desarrollo, sistemas y calidad, en un ambiente dinámico del sector automotriz, utilizando inglés como idioma de trabajo para reuniones técnicas y documentación.

Responsabilidades:

  • Ejecutar y documentar pruebas de software conforme a los requerimientos del cliente.
  • Gestionar actividades de testing y defectos dentro de herramientas de ALM.
  • Validar la calidad del software durante su ciclo de vida.
  • Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo y calidad para la resolución de incidencias.
  • Participar en reuniones técnicas y seguimiento de proyecto en inglés.

Requirements

  • Ingeniería en Sistemas, Software, Electrónica o afín (recién egresados y perfiles con más de 5 años bienvenidos).
  • Experiencia en pruebas de software y conocimiento del ciclo de vida del desarrollo.
  • Manejo o familiaridad con herramientas de ALM para gestión de pruebas e incidencias.
  • Capacidad de análisis y ejecución de casos de prueba.
  • Experiencia en sector automotriz es deseable.
  • Inglés avanzado obligatorio, para comunicación con equipos y clientes globales.
