Η Hatzi Filax Group, για λογαριασμό πελάτη, ομίλου εταιρειών στον χρηματοοικονομικό κλάδο, αναζητά έμπειρο/η Accounting Manager με ισχυρό λογιστικό και φορολογικό υπόβαθρο, για την εποπτεία της λογιστικής λειτουργίας και την υποστήριξη της οικονομικής πληροφόρησης προς τη Διοίκηση.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Συνολική εποπτεία και συντονισμός της καθημερινής λειτουργίας του λογιστηρίου, με διασφάλιση της ορθής εφαρμογής των Ελληνικών Λογιστικών Προτύπων (ΕΛΠ)
  • Έλεγχος και έγκριση λογιστικών εγγραφών, παραστατικών και κινήσεων γενικής λογιστικής
  • Εποπτεία accounts payable / accounts receivable, συμφωνιών και ταμειακών ροών
  • Έλεγχος τραπεζικών συμφωνιών και συμφωνιών λογαριασμών γενικής λογιστικής
  • Υπευθυνότητα για μηνιαία και ετήσια κλεισίματα, καθώς και για την ορθή αποτύπωση των οικονομικών αποτελεσμάτων
  • Σύνταξη και ανάλυση οικονομικών καταστάσεων, management reports, budgets και λοιπών οικονομικών αναφορών προς τη Διοίκηση
  • Παρακολούθηση και έλεγχος ασφαλιστικών προμηθειών, εκκαθαρίσεων και συναλλαγών με ασφαλιστικές εταιρείες
  • Διασφάλιση της φορολογικής και λογιστικής συμμόρφωσης και παρακολούθηση σχετικών υποχρεώσεων
  • Συνεργασία με ορκωτούς ελεγκτές, φορολογικούς συμβούλους και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες
  • Καθοδήγηση και υποστήριξη της λογιστικής ομάδας, με έμφαση στην ποιότητα, την ακρίβεια και την τήρηση προθεσμιών
  • Συνεργασία με την Οικονομική Διεύθυνση για τη βελτίωση και τυποποίηση λογιστικών, φορολογικών και reporting διαδικασιών
  • Συμμετοχή σε έργα digitalization, ERP optimization και αυτοματοποίησης οικονομικών διαδικασιών

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο Λογιστικής, Οικονομικών ή συναφούς αντικειμένου, μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος ή επαγγελματική πιστοποίηση (π.χ. ACCA, ΟΕΕ Α' Τάξης) θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
  • 7+ χρόνια εμπειρίας σε λογιστήριο, με ουσιαστική εμπλοκή σε γενική λογιστική, κλεισίματα και οικονομικές καταστάσεις
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε θέση Accounting Manager / Chief Accountant / Senior Accountant
  • Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών Λογιστικών Προτύπων (ΕΛΠ) και φορολογικών διαδικασιών
  • Εμπειρία σε monthly & year-end closing, reconciliations και financial reporting
  • Εμπειρία σε ERP συστήματα και άριστης γνώσης MS Excel
  • Εμπειρία σε οργανωμένο εταιρικό περιβάλλον ή όμιλο εταιρειών
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης ομάδας, deadlines και σύνθετων λογιστικών θεμάτων
  • Ηγετικές ικανότητες, οργανωτικότητα και ικανότητα λήψης αποφάσεων υπό πίεση
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
