I. Mô tả công việc

  • Phân tích nhu cầu người dùng, xác định và quản lý các yêu cầu chức năng/phi chức năng của sản phẩm.
  • Thiết kế user journey và mô tả chi tiết tính năng thông qua mockup, wireframe, prototype.
  • Quản lý sản phẩm ở cấp độ functional, đảm bảo sự nhất quán giữa mục tiêu sản phẩm và trải nghiệm người dùng.
  • Phối hợp với các bên liên quan trong quá trình phát triển và ra mắt sản phẩm/tính năng mới; thu thập và phân tích feedback để cải tiến sản phẩm.
  • Tham gia xây dựng roadmap, quản lý requirements, backlog, viết user stories và ưu tiên tính năng trong môi trường Agile/Scrum.
  • Phối hợp đa phòng ban và đề xuất các công cụ/phương pháp mới nhằm tối ưu quy trình phát triển sản phẩm.
  • Sẵn sàng Onsite tại văn phòng của KH ở Lương Yên - Hai Bà Trưng hoặc nội thành Hà Nội

II. Yêu cầu công việc

  • Yêu cầu công việcTối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Business Analyst
  • Có hiểu biết tốt về UI/UX, tư duy sản phẩm hướng người dùng và khả năng phân tích dữ liệu để ra quyết định.
  • Thành thạo các công cụ Figma, Jira, Confluence và các công cụ phục vụ wireframe/prototype, mô hình hóa luồng nghiệp vụ.
  • Có kinh nghiệm phát triển sản phẩm số end-to-end, từ research, xác định yêu cầu, triển khai đến cải tiến sau khi ra mắt.
  • Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với Agile/Scrum, thành thạo User Story, Backlog và Feature Prioritization.
  • Có khả năng phối hợp đa phòng ban và quản lý stakeholder.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong các domain ERP, Supply Chain, Logistics, E-commerce, Construction, Procurement/Contract.
